Synonyms: FLT3LG;FL;FLT3L
Accession: P49771
Description:Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (Flt-3 Ligand), also known as FL, Flt3L and FLT3LG, is a cytokine that promotes differentiation of a variety of hematopoietic cells. Flt3L can increase the number of immune cells by activating hematopoietic progenitor cells.
Source: HEK293 cells-derived human Flt3-Ligand protein, Thr27-Pro184, with N-terminal His tag.
Purity: ≥90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Predicted N terminal: Met.
Molecular Mass: The recombinant human SCF consists of 165 amino acids and The protein has a predicted MW of 19.61 kDa. And it migrates as 20-30 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Formulation: Supplied as sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
SDS-PAGE:
Measured by its binding ability in a ELISA method. Immobilized Human Flt3-Ligand at 1 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Flt3-Ligand mouse monoclonal antibody. The ED50 is 5.2 to 6.2 ng/mL, corresponding to a specific activity of > 1.6 × 105 IU/mg.
Handling: Centrifuge vial prior to opening.
Do not vortex after reconstitution.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution: Initially reconstitute in water to 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Store at 2℃ to 8℃ for up to 1 week or prepare for extended storage.
Extended Storage: After initial reconstitution, further dilute in a buffer containing a carrier protein or stabilizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA). Store working aliquots at -20℃ to 80℃.
