Synonyms: Wingless-type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 3a
Accession: P56704
Description:Human Wnt-3a protein is a signaling protein that belongs to the Wnt family. It plays a crucial role in various developmental processes, including cell fate determination, tissue patterning, and organogenesis. Wnt-3a protein is secreted by cells and acts as a ligand, binding to specific receptors on the surface of target cells to activate intracellular signaling pathways.
Source: HEK293 cells-derived human Wnt-3a protein, Ser19-Lys352, with C-terminal His tag.
Purity: ≥90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Predicted N terminal: Met.
Molecular Mass: The recombinant human Wnt-3a consists of 340 amino acids and The protein has a predicted MW of 39.4 kDa. And it migrates as 43 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Formulation: Supplied as sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
SDS-PAGE:
Through the experimental application of pancreatic cancer organoid culture, Wnt -3a has good application activity.
Handling: Centrifuge vial prior to opening.
Do not vortex after reconstitution.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution: Initially reconstitute in water to 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. Store at 2℃ to 8℃ for up to 1 week or prepare for extended storage.
Extended Storage: After initial reconstitution, further dilute in a buffer containing a carrier protein or stabilizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA). Store working aliquots at -20℃ to 80℃.
